if ordering by check, once you have made your product selection, fill out
the on-line ordering information (name, address, etc.) for credit
card choose any one, for card number/expiration date put 000, but Please
DO NOT
push the Submit Secured Order Button,
just print that page and call or mail your order in.

PAYMENT
Checks must be (US Bank) or Money Order
payable to:
DJ Distributing, Inc. or use your
AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER CARD.
Credit terms available. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Sorry we do not accept COD orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING
Items are shipped UPS or Common Carrier and the
cost of shipping is priced by weight of order. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. To
ensure proper handling and prompt delivery of your order we must depend on you
to provide us with the correct street address when ordering.
Correct Address Note:
Please be sure your shipping address you
submit is correct because shipping companies charge between
$10.00 to $20.00 for each address correction and this
cost will be passed on to you.
RETURNS
If the product you ordered is defective or you
receive a product you did not order, we will quickly and happily replace the
product upon request. If you need to return a product, please call for a return
authorization number. All return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 15 days of
shipment date
- the item must be unopened
- the item must not be expired.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED in shipping
you must call the carrier and then call us and save ALL packaging and products
for inspection.
International Orders
We only Ship in the
US
Please note: We accept
international wholesale orders but, we will only ship your order in the US or to you via
UPS which may be expensive. Before placing your order you may want to have a
shipping freight forwarder from the US. We are not RESPONSIBLE for chocolate shipments for international orders.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY:
In order to improved security we may request a copy of your most recent
Credit Card statement
( Top half only, please omit transactions ) to verify that
the wholesale "customer" he/she is the in fact the "cardholder".
